Covid-19 Shipping Update: We are still posting out orders but please allow a little longer for delivery as post is still slow! At the moment we don’t ship to Europe or the rest of the world but we hope to offer this in the future.
Standard delivery charge to UK mainland is £3.99. If you spend £30 or more, delivery is free of charge. The majority of orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class but we occasionally send larger parcels with Hermes. Your order will be sent out 1-2 days after you place it.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will see what we can do. We can offer next day delivery, but the prices of these services vary according to weight.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, or you have simply changed your mind, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. You will need to return your unused, unopened item to us within 14 days from dispatch. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or perishable items, such as food or magazines. Your refund will be processed upon receipt. Please ensure your order number and contact details are enclosed.
Please return your item by a tracked service for your peace of mind, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.
