Standard delivery charge to UK mainland is £3.99. If you spend £50 or more, delivery is free of charge. Your order will be sent out 1-2 days after you place it and you should receive it 1-2 days later.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will see what we can do. We can offer next day delivery, but the prices of these services vary according to weight.
Shipping during the current pandemic situation: Please note that we are only packing up orders twice a week. This means that parcels will be posted out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Understandably, Royal Mail is being a little slower to deliver than usual so please allow 7-10 days for delivery depending on when you place your order. If you need some thing quicker please just get in touch and we can see what we can do! If you’re local to the shop we can always drop off too.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, or you have simply changed your mind, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. You will need to return your unused, unopened item to us within 14 days from dispatch. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or perishable items, such as food or magazines. Your refund will be processed upon receipt. Please ensure your order number and contact details are enclosed.
Please return your item by a tracked service for your peace of mind, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.
